Uber's text-video short ad on hiring drivers. It's square so it's made for mobile, possibly Instagram then adapted to Facebook. It doesn't have any VO or music. It's in Malay language so it's localized and targeted.

The point of this ad is to address any questions a potential driver may have before signing to be a driver for Uber.

However, there's one big issue about this ad - the CTA on the video looks as though it's clickable but it's not actually possible. It's a video so if you click on the CTA, the video will just pause. The problem is the it doesn't even have a CTA within the copy itself (see embedded post below), where are people supposed to click to find out more?
