This ad is selling a new insurance plan (AIA Vitality) but oddly enough is not related to dancing at all (at least not the ballroom dancing kind, though it is health-focused).
Update: I chanced upon another video in this series and this time it's in English. A video with a similar message, it's about a middle-aged man that's living live like a younger person, demonstrated by a guy learning how to swim with kids in this video.
